Delete your Everpaw account

You can permanently delete your Everpaw account and the data linked to it at any time. You can do it in the app, or by email if you can't access the app.
Subscribed to Everpaw Pro? Deleting your account doesn't stop Pro billing. Email [email protected] to cancel your subscription first, or ask us to cancel it and delete your account in the same email.
Delete in the app
- Open Everpaw and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete.
- Tap Delete forever to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you're signed out.
Delete by email
Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Everpaw account". We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it, and we'll reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your Memories and the pet photos and photos of yourself in them
- Your videos, wallpapers and thumbnails
- Your credit balance, which can't be restored or refunded after deletion
- Your usage history, notification tokens and personal invite link
Stored files are removed within 30 days.
What we keep
- Anonymous statistics, such as how many videos were made on a given day, that can't be linked back to you.
- Payment records (amounts and dates) for accounting and tax purposes, without a link to your Everpaw account. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
- Feedback you sent us, without your name attached.
Videos or wallpapers you already downloaded or shared elsewhere aren't affected. Delete those wherever you saved or posted them.
