Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Everpaw ("Everpaw", "we", "us") covering the Everpaw app and everpaw.org (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use Everpaw. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they must agree to these terms.
• You need a verified email address. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits after email verification (currently 90 credits, enough for three videos). Each person and each device can claim the free grant once. An invite link may change the amount.

2. Credits

• Everpaw runs on credits. A 10-second video currently costs 30 credits, and a wallpaper costs 12. The current costs are always shown in the app before you create anything.
• Credits are deducted when a creation starts. If it fails on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits from Everpaw Pro and from credit packs go into a single balance.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another account.

3. Everpaw Pro

• Everpaw Pro is a subscription billed weekly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices may vary by region and include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
• Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Each billing period adds that plan's credit allowance (currently 1,200 credits a week or 12,000 credits a year) to your balance. Unused credits roll over; they aren't reset at renewal.
• Pro also removes the watermark from exported videos and unlocks comedy scenes for as long as the subscription is active.
• If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

4. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are added to your balance straight away and never expire while your account is open.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• To cancel Pro, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Purchases are billed by Everpaw through Stripe, not through the App Store or Google Play, so they can't be cancelled from your phone's subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro features until then, and you keep any credits left in your balance afterwards.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we decide otherwise. If you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us and we'll review it. Where a refund is given, we may remove the credits that purchase added.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

6. Your photos and creations

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and send them to our AI providers solely to run the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Subject to these terms, you may use the videos and wallpapers you create for personal purposes, including sharing them on social media. Exported videos include the Everpaw sign-off, and free accounts also include a watermark.
• You may only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their permission.
• We don't use your photos or creations to train AI models.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Everpaw to:

• upload photos of other people without their consent, or any image of a minor other than your own child, with permission from their guardian where needed;
• create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, or that depicts animal cruelty;
• impersonate someone or mislead people into thinking generated content is real footage;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• get around credit limits, claim free credits more than once, or probe, scrape or disrupt the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. About AI-generated content

Videos and wallpapers are generated by AI. Results vary, may not perfectly match your pet, and may sometimes contain mistakes or unexpected details. The same request can give different results each time. Credits are only returned automatically for creations that fail to generate, not for results you don't like.

9. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time. See the Delete account page. Any credits left in your balance are forfeited when you delete your account.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. Please cancel it by email first.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Everpaw isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Everpaw after that, you accept the new terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
